PUBLIC NOTICE
The Cheney Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 10th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall located at 609 2nd Street to consider a Comprehensive Plan Amendment/Zone Change, LUA2024-004. This will be a hybrid meeting. A web link to the Zoom Meeting will be posted on the City’s website http://www.cityofcheney.org closer to the hearing date. The public is encouraged to attend.
A proposal by Land Use Solutions & Entitlement, to Amend the Zoning Map and Comprehensive Plan Designation for Parcel #23073.0009 and 13124.4107. The entire parcel is currently zoned Commercial, with a Comprehensive Plan Designation of Commercial. The proposed change is from commercial to High Density Residential (R-3H). The site is located on 3.14 acres behind the F&M Shopping Center (Andrus Road and the railroad tracks).
