NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Janet Stein of Stein Guardianship Services, in her capacity as Guardian and Conservator of the estate, will apply to the Court for confirmation of the sale of the following described real estate:

The property is commonly known as 714 N. Darthmouth, Spokane Valley, Washington 99206 and is legally described as follows:

Lot 11, Block 1, Dobravec First, as per plat thereof recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, Page 94;

Situate in the City of Spokane Valley, Spokane, County, Washington.

Tax Parcel Number: 45174.1111

The proposed sale will be for the cash purchase price of $405,000.00. RCW 11.56.110 provides that any increased bid pursuant to this Notice must be ten percent (10%) higher than the above amount, must be filed with the Court, and must be accompanied by a deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the bid amount in the form of cash, money order, cashier’s check, or certified check. This increased bid must be filed with the Superior Court, Spokane County, 1116 West Broadway, Spokane, Washington 99260-0350, and the funds deposited with the Clerk of the Court on or before Monday, February 3, 2025. Any such bidder should review the additional requirements of RCW 11.56.110.
