TAWNYA PITMAN; James Troy Ellis aka Jim Ellis; Gregory Scott Ellis aka Greg Ellis; DOE 1 and DOE 2 who are unknown heirs and devisees of Terry Ellis; DOE 3 and DOE 4 who are the occupants of 2608 N Coleman Road, Spokane Valley, Washington; FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF DES MOINES; PINNACLE FINANCE; and SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT;

The State of Washington to the said Defendants: JAMES TROY ELLIS aka JIM ELLIS; GREGORY SCOTT ELLIS aka GREG ELLLIS; DOE 1 and DOE 2 who are unknown heirs and devisees of Terry Ellis.
You are hereby summoned to appear within 60 days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within 60 days after the 10th day of January, 2025, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the Plaintiff, Umpqua Bank, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiff at their office stated below; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. The object of the complaint and the demand for relief are: The plaintiff seeks to foreclose its trust deed on the subject real property described in the complaint and as described below in the amount of $174,067.52, plus interest, late charges, costs, advances, and attorney’s fees, and to cause the subject property to be sold by the Sheriff of Spokane County, foreclosing the interests of all defendants in the real property with the proceeds applied to satisfy Plaintiff’s lien. The real property is described as follows:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET, BLOCK 11 AND 12, HOERLE’S ACRE TRACTS, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME “E” OF PLATS, PAGE 89, RECORDS OF SPOKANE COUNTY;
SITUATE IN THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, COUNTY OF SPOKANE, STATE OF WASHINGTON.
