Request for Qualification Data to Furnish Engineering and Consulting Services
The Liberty Lake Sewer and Water District, Liberty Lake, Washington in accordance with RCW 39.80 is inviting engineering firms to submit their qualifications to be added to the District’s Engineering and Consulting Services Roster for the 2025 calendar year. Potential prospects requiring engineering services include sewer, water, wastewater treatment, stormwater planning, design and construction management, contract administration, on-call consulting, plan reviews, NPDES permit compliance, water rights, and funding applications.
Qualification and performance statements will be reviewed, placed on file for the 2025 calendar year, and will be used as a source from which to select one or more qualified firms for specific District projects. Firms may be asked to provide more detailed proposals for specific projects. Those firms who have statements on file for the 2024 calendar year should only respond with a request that their statement to be renewed for 2025 along with any pertinent amendments to their statement. Interested engineering firms must not be suspended or debarred by the State of Washington or federal agencies.
