NOTICE OF INTENTION TO

GRANT EASEMENT ON REAL

PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that Irvin Water District No. 6 intends to renew an easement on a portion of its real property commonly known as Spokane County Assessor Parcel No. 45091.1643 and Spokane County Assessor Parcel No. 45091.1644. The easement is being negotiated by the district with the proposed grantee (Crown Castle GT Company LLC) and will not be awarded by bid. Monthly payments under the easement are proposed at the initial rate of $425.00 per month. The principal purpose of the easement is to allow the grantee to access a cell tower installation, and facilities located on neighboring property. The first day of publication is Friday, January 3, 2025. A public hearing on this matter will be held during the regular board meeting of the district’s board of directors at 3:00 PM on Tuesday January 14, 2025.
