Notice of Dissolution Under Washington Business Corporation Law

Notice to the Creditors of and Claimants against The Baker Group, Incorporated:

NOTICE is hereby given by The Baker Group, Incorporated, a Washington corporation (“Corporation”), which was dissolved by the filing of Articles of Dissolution in the office of the Washington Secretary of State effective on the 2nd day of January, 2025, that all creditors of and claimants against this Corporation are hereby required to present their claims in writing and in detail, including respective accounts and demands against the Corporation. Such presentation is to be at c/o 1129 East Rockwood Blvd., Spokane, WA 99203 on or before the 3rd day of February, 2025, or such claims, accounts and demands shall be forever barred as against the property of the corporation and its directors and shareholders.
