TO: Anyone Claiming a Paternal Interest, except Brandon Malet Sr.

You are hereby notified that there has been filed in the Spokane County Superior Court, Cause No. 24-7-02164-32, a Petition for Termination of the Parent-Child Relationship between BRANDON MALET JR., born on November 23, 2022 in Spokane, Washington, and Anyone Claiming a Paternal Interest, except Brandon Malet Sr. The petitioner states the whereabouts of the child’s other Paternal Interests are unknown, and requests an order terminating the parent child relationship between Brandon Malet Jr. and Anyone Claiming a Paternal Interest, except Brandon Malet Sr. A court hearing on the matter will be on February 6, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., at: Spokane Juvenile Court, Courtroom 1, 902 N. Adams, Spokane, WA 99260.
