CHENEY – The City of Cheney is reminding residents of parking regulations during snow periods to ensure efficient snow removal and safer streets for all.
When two or more inches of snow accumulate on city streets, and until the snow is cleared, vehicles may not be parked on any street or city right-of-way between midnight and 6 a.m. In the central business district, the restricted hours are between 3 and 6 a.m.
