TO: Anyone Claiming a Paternal Interest

You are hereby notified that there has been filed in the Spokane County Superior Court, Cause No., a Petition for Termination of the Parent-Child Relationship between JENNICA STROUD, born on May 10, 2008 in Spokane, WA, and Anyone Claiming a Paternal Interest. The petitioner states the whereabouts of the child’s other Paternal Interests are unknown, and requests an order terminating the parent child relationship between Jennica Stroud and Anyone Claiming a Paternal Interest. A court hearing on the matter will be on 1/23/25, at 1:30pm, at Spokane Juvenile Court, Courtroom 1, 902 N. Adams, Spokane, WA 99260.

Your failure to appear at this hearing or respond to this notice or file a claim of paternity under RCW 26.26 may result in a default order permanently terminating all of your rights to the above-named child.
