BEFORE THE SPOKANE COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY BOARD SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON

Notice of Application to Change the place of use, add two points of withdrawal, and add irrigated acres under CG3-*07646.

TAKE NOTICE: That on September 23, 2024, Mallory Prairie Farm Estates LLC of Moses Lake, Washington, filed application number SPOK-24-02 with the Spokane County Water Conservancy Board to change the place of use, point of withdrawal and add irrigated acres under G3-*07646.

That said right, under priority date of June 7, 1965, authorizes the withdrawal of 1400 gallons per minute and 600 acre feet per year from a well located within the NE¼SE¼ of Section 3, T. 23N., R. 40 E.W.M. That said right authorizes water to be used for the irrigation of 150 acres from March 1 to November 1 within the E½E½ of Section 3, T. 23 N., R. 40 E.W.M.

That the applicant proposes to change the place of use to the NE¼, SE¼, SW¼SW¼ ,SE¼SW¼ , and the NE¼SW¼ of Section 10 and the SW¼ of Section 2, and the E½SE¼ of Section 3; and add two points of withdrawals located within the NW¼SE¼ and the SE¼NE¼ of Section 10; and increase the irrigated area to 509 acres of irrigation, all within T. 23 N., R. 40 E.W.M. Spokane County, Washington.

Any protests or objections to the approval of this application may be filed with the Department of Ecology and must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty dollar ($50) recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology Cashiering Unit, P.O. Box 47611, Olympia, WA 98504-7611 within thirty (30) days from November 28, 2024. Any interested party may submit comments, objections, and other information to the board regarding this application. The comments and information may be submitted in writing or verbally at any public meeting of the board held to discuss or decide on the application. This application will be on the board agenda during its regular meetings to be held on the fourth Monday of each month at 4:00 p.m. and at subsequent scheduled meetings thereafter until the Board renders a decision on the application.

Additionally, the Water Conservancy Board, may receive written comments or information through 30 days after November 28, 2024, at its offices located at Spokane County Water District No. 3 C/O SCWCB 1225 N Yardley Rd, Spokane, WA 99212.
