NOTICE OF EQUALIZATION OF DISTRICT TOLL

ASSESSMENTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the roll of toll assessments for District purposes against the

lands in HUTCHINSON irrigation DISTRICT NO 16, Spokane County, Washington, payable in the

year 2025: has been prepared and may be inspected at the office of the HUTCHINSON irrigation

DISTRICT NO 16 located at N. 618 Sargent Road, Spokane Valley, Washington: that said assessment roll

will remain at the office of the said District until the time of the meeting of the Board of Directors

hereinafter specified: that the Board of Directors of said irrigation District will meet as a Board of

Equalization to equalize the assessments contained in said roll on December 9, 2024, at 7:30 p.m., of the

said day and will continue and will adjourn from time to time and day to day, as may be necessary for a

period often (10) days in all, exclusive of Sunday, at said office of the irrigation District in the place above

mentioned to hear and determine such objections to said assessment roll as may come before the Board.

All assessments on said assessment roll shall become delinquent on the first day of May, 2025,

unless said one-half is paid on or before April 30, 2025, and the remaining one-half shall become delinquent

on November 1, 2025. All delinquent assessments shall bear interest at the rate of twelve percent (12) per

annum computed on a monthly basis from the date of delinquency until paid.
