The City of Medical Lake seeks proposals for a qualified Control Systems Integrator to upgrade selected Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems at the City’s existing Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
