LEGAL NOTICE: Invitation to Bid

The City of Cheney Light Department will accept sealed bids for the purchase of electrical wire.

Sealed bids must be submitted before 2:00 PM on December 12, 2024. Bid must be in a sealed envelope addressed as shown below:

Specifications, quantities, and forms may be obtained from the Light Department located at 112 Anderson Road, Cheney, WA 99004. For questions please call (509) 498-9230.

Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. A certified check or bid bond equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid document. Bids which are not accompanied by such a check or bid bond will be rejected.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive minor irregularities.

The City reserves the right to award different styles to separate bidders.
