A certified letter sent to you on 7/1/2024 has been returned unaccepted. The City of Medical Lake hereby notifies you that the property that you own is in violation of MLMC Chapter 14.16.

Action Required: You are required to register the one (1) vacant commercial space, listed above, with the City of Medical Lake.

Failure to Act: If you fail to register your vacant commercial spaces, the City may proceed with legal action, imposing fines without further notice.
