The City of Spokane Valley (City) solicits interest from consulting firms with experience and expertise in right-of-way acquisition. Consultants will be considered for the Sprague Preservation at SR 27 project. This agreement will be for approximately two years in duration, with anticipated start in January of 2025 with the option for the City to extend it for additional time and money if necessary.
