Notice of Dissolution Under Washington Business Corporation Law

Notice to the Creditors of and Claimants against Brooklyn Iron Works, Inc.:

NOTICE is hereby given by Brooklyn Iron Works, Inc., a Washington corporation (“Corporation”), which was dissolved by the filing of Articles of Dissolution in the office of the Washington Secretary of State effective on the 16th day of October, 2024, that all creditors of and claimants against this Corporation are hereby required to present their claims in writing and in detail, including respective accounts and demands against the Corporation. Such presentation is to be at c/o 1129 E. Rockwood Blvd, Spokane, WA 99203 on or before the 27th day of November, 2024, or such claims, accounts and demands shall be forever barred as against the property of the corporation and its directors and shareholders.
