REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

This publication serves notice that Vera Water and Power is seeking proposals to furnish, test, and deliver one 115 kV – 13.8/7.97 kV, 20/26.7/33.3 MVA Power Transformer.

Sealed Proposals addressed to Dan Stokes will be received at the office of Vera Water and Power, 601 N. Evergreen Road, Spokane Valley, Washington, 99216. Proposals in electronic format may also be submitted to Dan Stokes via email at [email protected]. Proposal will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, on the 19th day of November, 2024. Submit hard copy proposals in sealed envelopes in accordance with the Instructions to Proposers and identified as “Sealed Bid – Valleyway Substation Power Transformer”. Electronically submitted proposals shall include “Bid – Valleyway Substation Power Transformer” in the subject line.

Vera Water and Power reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities or irregularities, and accept any submittals if such action is believed to be in the best interest of Vera Water and Power.
