You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 4th day of October, 2024, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff, Stacey Anderson, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff Stacey Anderson, at their office at 4127 S. Sullivan Rd., Veradale, Washington 99037; and in case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. This is an action for partition of that real property that you own with Stacey Anderson located at 21031 Happy Trails Ln., Otis Orchards, Washington.
