Vella Fae Dow

Vella Fae Dow, 76, beloved mother of 2 daughters, surrogate mother to many, passed away at home in Cheney, Wash, on Sunday, Oct.13, 2024 surrounded by family and loved ones.

Vella enjoyed craft work of all kinds, decorating cakes and dancing (the wheelchair never slowed her down!). She liked to spend her time with friends, playing cards and bingo, or just chatting over a cup of coffee. Vella had a huge love of life and of people. She was a friend to all and would do anything to help those friends.
