NOTICE OF ORDINANCE PASSED

Ordinance No. 305 was originally passed by the City of Liberty Lake City Council on September 17, 2024, and subsequently amended and passed on October 1, 2024. The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 305 as amended and passed by the City of Liberty Lake City Council.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LIBERTY LAKE, WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE CITY OF LIBERTY LAKE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, AND THE CITY OF LIBERTY LAKE DEVELOPMENT CODE.

Section 1 amends the Development Code and River District Specific Area Plan Development Code as identified in Exhibit A and Exhibit B.

Section 2 provides for a severability clause in the event some portion of the Ordinance is held to be invalid.

Section 3 establishes the duties of administration and enforcement.

Section 4 provides for an effective date.
