The Spokane County Library District (SCLD) seeks a new contract for annual grounds maintenance and snow removal for its library system that consists of 7 branches plus an administrative Service Center and 2 vacant lots.

All RFP documents, including instructions, bid formats, Q&A, updates, etc. will be uploaded to the District’s electronic bid management system and will also be posted on the library’s website at: https://www.scld.org/about/request-for-proposals/ from October 11 – November 5, 2024. The bid deadline is November 5, 2024, at 12 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Proposals submitted or received after this time will not be accepted.

Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing through the electronic bid portal or to Jason Link at [email protected] by October 22, 2024 and answers will by uploaded to the electronic bid portal and posted on the library’s website within 5 business days of the questions deadline.
