Spokane Valley hosts special exhibit

Explore artifacts from the Revolution

SPOKANE VALLEY – The Spokane Valley Heritage Museum will feature the American Revolution Experience Traveling Exhibit from October 5-27.

The limited-time exhibit is a partnership with the American Battlefield Trust and the Daughters of the American Revolution.

The exhibit will showcase interactive digital kiosks and display panels that blend storytelling, illustrations, artifacts, and primary historical accounts to immerse visitors in the Revolutionary War. Jayne Singleton, the museum’s director, expressed her excitement, stating, “This exhibit tells the story of how we became a nation, highlighting the individuals who risked their lives for independence.”

The museum invites students, history enthusiasts, and anyone curious about the Revolutionary War to experience this unique exhibition. Located at 12114 E. Sprague Ave., the museum is open Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
