BOYCE and ZHONG YUAN REN and the marital community comprised thereof; STEVEN DEWALT and JANE DOE DEWALT, and the marital community comprise thereof; ROBERT C. BREWSTER, JR. and JANE DOE BREWSTER, and the marital community comprised thereof; REVONOC, L.L.C., a Washington limited liability company, E-Squared Systems, LLC, a Washington limited liability company; Weaver Architects, P.S., INC. a Washington professional corporation and UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS

The State of Washington to the said TO: 111X Pacific, LLC, Steven DeWalt and Jane Doe DeWalt, Robert C. Brewster, Jr. and Jane Doe Brewster, Revonoc, L.L.C., and Unknown Occupants

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 23rd day of August 2024, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff, KHRE SMA FUNDING, LLC (“Plaintiff”), and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiff, at the office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.

The object of the above-entitled action is (i) to foreclose on a deed of trust securing the real property commonly known as 1123 Pacific Avenue, 1114 Pacific Avenue, and 1119 Pacific Avenue, Tacoma, Washington 98402 (the “Property”), including foreclosing the interest of any unknown occupants of the Property, (ii) to recover on a promissory note provided by Defendant 111 Pacific, LLC to Plaintiff, and (iii) to recover on a guaranty by Defendants Steven DeWalt and Robert S. Brewster. Plaintiff’s claim is further detailed in its written complaint, which is available upon request to the undersigned counsel

THIS SUMMONS is issued pursuant to RCW 4.28.100 and Rule 4 of the Superior Court Civil Rules of the State of Washington
