BY LIBERTY LAKE CITY COUNCIL

The following are the titles and summaries of Ordinances passed by the City of Liberty Lake City Council on September 17, 2024.

ORDINANCE NO. 300A

ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 300 PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 5, 2023, ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LIBERTY LAKE, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2024, THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2024, APPROPRIATING FUNDS AND ESTABLISHING SALARY SCHEDULES FOR ESTABLISHED POSITIONS”.

Section 1 amends the 2024 salary schedule as set forth in Exhibit A.

Section 2 establishes a severability clause in the event some portion of the Ordinance is held invalid or unconstitutional.

Section 3 provides for an effective date of five (5) days after the publication of the Ordinance summary.

ORDINANCE NO. 304

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LIBERTY LAKE, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING THE LIBERTY LAKE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN

Section 1 adopts the City of Liberty Lake Stormwater Management Plan as set forth in Exhibit A.

Section 2 provides for a severability clause in the event some portion of the Ordinance is held to be invalid.

Section 3 provides for an effective date.

ORDINANCE NO. 305

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LIBERTY LAKE, WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE CITY OF LIBERTY LAKE DEVELOPMENT CODE, AND THE RIVER DISTRICT SPECIFIC AREA PLAN DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS

Section 1 amends the Development Code and River District Specific Area Plan Development Code as identified in Exhibit A.

Section 2 provides for a severability clause in the event some portion of the Ordinance is held to be invalid.

Section 3 establishes the duties of administration and enforcement.

Section 4 provides for an effective date.

ORDINANCE NO. 4A

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LIBERTY LAKE, WASHINGTON, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 4 ESTABLISHING A GENERAL FUND PETTY CASH ACCOUNT FOR THE CITY OF LIBERTY LAKE FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING MINOR AUTHORIZED DISBURSEMENTS

Section 1 repeals Ordinance No. 4 in its entirety.

Section 2 provides for a severability clause in the event some portion of the Ordinance is held to be invalid.

Section 3 provides for an effective date.

Section 1 repeals Ordinance No. 8 and Ordinance No. 8A in their entirety.

Section 2 provides for a severability clause in the event some portion of the Ordinance is held to be invalid.

Section 3 provides for an effective date.
