File No/Proposal: SDP-2024-0002 – A Shoreline Substantial Development Permit to complete grading and site work for a public park and associated cross-country course in the shoreline jurisdiction for the Spokane River. One mitigation site, located north of the subject property and outside of the shoreline jurisdiction, is identified to be used for compensatory mitigation for the removal of native vegetation in the shoreline jurisdiction. The mitigation site equals 2.69 acres.
