Cardinals finished strong
Medical Lake fullback Cylas Puzycki struggles to add more yardage to a successful night as the Cardinals captured a strong victory over Davenport Gorillas last Friday night on Holliday Field in Medical Lake.
MEDICAL LAKE - The Cardinals got a pair of touchdown passes from Aiden Suddeth and used a 14-point third quarter to pull away from Davenport on Sept. 21 and claim a 36-16 non-league football victory at Holliday Field.
Suddeth connected with Dakotah Phillips for an 80-yard scoring play in the first quarter and Cruz Gomez followed with a 36-yard run in the second quarter to stake the Cardinals (1-2) to a 14-6 lead at the break.
