CREDITORS NOTICE

The sole director and president named below has elected to give notice to creditors of JATA Enterprises, Inc, (the “Corporation”) as of the 1st day of September, 2024.

Any person having a claim against the Corporation for a debt due and owing must, before the time the claim would be barred for untimely assertion in accordance with RCW 23B et al., present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 23B.14.030.
