Request for Qualifications

The Spokane County Library District (District) invites experienced, qualified and interested professionals to submit a proposal for performing on-call architectural and engineering consultation services.

All RFP documents, including instructions, bid formats, Q&A, updates, etc. will be uploaded to the District’s electronic bid management system and will also be posted on the District’s website at: https://www.scld.org/about/request-for-proposals/ from September 13 – October 15, 2024. The bid deadline is October 15, 2024, at 12 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Proposals submitted or received after this time will not be accepted.

Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing through the electronic bid portal or to Jason Link at [email protected] by October 1, 2024, at 12 p.m. Pacific Standard Time and answers will by uploaded to the electronic bid portal and posted on the library’s website within 5 business days of the questions deadline.
