PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE PUBLIC WATERS

TAKE NOTICE:

That Ryan and Mary Walters of Liberty Lake, WA on July 11, 2024, under Water Right Application No. S3-30985, filed for a permit to appropriate public surface water, subject to existing rights, from Newman Lake for year-round use in the amount of .022 cubic feet per second (cfs) and one acre-feet per year (ac-ft/yr) for single domestic supply and irrigation of under a ½ acre of lawn/garden.

The source of the proposed appropriation is located within Lot 11, of South Interlaken of Govt Lot 3, of Section 3, T. 26 N., R. 45 E.W.M., within Spokane County.
