NOTICE OF ORDINANCE PASSED

The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 188B passed by the City of Liberty Lake City Council on August 20, 2024.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LIBERTY LAKE, WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE UTILITY TAX RATE TO PROVIDE REVENUE FOR CITY SERVICES AND CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS, AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Section 1 amends Ordinance No. 188 and Ordinance No. 188A.

Section 2 provides for an effective date.

Section 3 establishes a severability clause in the event some portion of the Ordinance is held invalid or unconstitutional.
