Two Cheney women competed last weekend in the Omak Stampede and World-Famous Suicide Race. Both Lindsey Ham and Pamela Cooper-Coker were among the barrel racers in the Thursday, Aug. 8 performance of the rodeo in Omak. They rode back-to-back, but did not place in the money. Tillar King of Fort Worth, Texas, won the barrels with a time of 17.29 seconds, taking home a purse of $2,880....
