Rock Ridge's Banjo player Dale Adkins, guitar player and singer Josie Grant and mandolin player Josh Adkins jam through a rhythmic tune that had a few spectators dancing at the annual Blue Waters Bluegrass Festival last weekend. The festival highlighted bluegrass players across the country as well as local talent who took the stage and performed before bluegrass enthusiast.
