CITY OF LIBERTY LAKE NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENTS TO LIBERTY LAKE DEVELOPMENT CODE & RIVER DISTRICT DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, REGARDING FUELING STATIONS AS AN ACCESSORY USE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS THAT: The Planning Commission of the City of Liberty Lake will conduct a public hearing the proposed amendments to Liberty Lake Development Code & River District Development Regulations, regarding fueling stations as an accessory use Attendees will have the opportunity to testify on the above-mentioned proposed amendments. Written comments may also be submitted to the contact person below. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2024, beginning at 7 pm @ the Liberty Lake City Hall Council Chambers, 22710 E. Country Vista Drive, Liberty Lake, WA. A virtual option will be conducted via Zoom, and the log in information will be available on the City website, or by contacting the City contact listed below. A City Staff Report presentation will be conducted and copies will be available on the City website listed below at least 10 days prior to the public hearing.
