PUBLIC Notice Of Dissolution Of

THE I.S. AND EMILY FETTERMAN FOUNDATION

Please take notice that on July 25, 2024, The I.S. and Emily Fetterman Foundation, a Washington non-profit corporation, filed Articles of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of Washington, which became effective August 1, 2024.

If you have a claim against The I.S. and Emily Fetterman Foundation, it is requested that you please present the claim in accordance with the following:

1.The claim should include a written statement setting forth (a) the amount of the claim; (b) the basis of the claim; (c) the date the claim was incurred; (d) whether the claim is secured or unsecured; (e) if the claim is secured, a description of the collateral; and (f) any other information that would assist in identifying and determining the nature, amount and validity of the claim.

2.The claim should include copies of all supporting documents, such as promissory notes, purchase orders, invoices, itemized statements of running accounts, contracts and evidence of security interest.

3.If the claim includes charges in addition to the principal amount of the claim, the claim should include an itemized statement of all such additional charges.

4.The claim should be mailed to the following address:

5.Claims against The I.S. and Emily Fetterman Foundation may be barred in accordance with the provisions of RCW Chapter 24.03A if not timely asserted.

6.Claims against The I.S. and Emily Fetterman Foundation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three years after the last publication of the notice.
