Sheriff's Office seeks help locating missing teen

WEST PLAINS — The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in finding a missing 16-year-old girl, Lilly G. Hancock, who is considered a vulnerable juvenile.

Lilly was reported missing by her family on July 25, a day after she was seen leaving their home on the West Plains, near I-90 and W. Aero Road, on July 24. Surveillance footage captured her departure, but she left without her medication, extra clothing, or personal items, raising concerns for her safety.

Her family has expressed worry, noting Lilly has previously made statements about self-harm.

Lilly is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, with a slender build, brown hair, and blue eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing black Converse shoes, a black hoodie, and blue shorts.
