Team Fairchild conducts emergency response exercise

FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE – Team Fairchild is conducting an emergency response exercise from July 22 to July 24, aimed at preparing units across the installation for an active threat incident.

Personnel and visitors on the base should anticipate the presence of first responders executing emergency response procedures. This includes sirens, fast-moving vehicles, and loud noises originating from the exercise area. Despite these activities, the exercise is not expected to disrupt base services, including medical appointments and operations at the Base Exchange or Commissary.

The exercise is designed to enhance emergency response training and readiness across the installation. Media members are not permitted to document this event.
