Location of proposal - Generally bounded on the north by the on/off ramps of Interstate 90, on the west by industrial areas, on the East by North Liberty Lake Road, and on the south by industrial development. Coordinates of the project site are 47.670099, -117.107815.
Lead agency has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030. We have reviewed the attached Environmental Checklist. This information is available on the Washington State Department of Ecology SEPA Register.
This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2) and the comment period will end on July 22, 2024. BiJay Adams
