Mahoney Environmental Solutions, LLC, Kyle Barker, 1200 Internationale Parkway, Suite 150 Woodridge, IL 60517, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology’s NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities.

The industrial site, known as Mahoney Environmental - Spokane, is located at 9610 E Montgomery Ave in Spokane Valley. Operations are due to start up on/started on 1/1/2024. Industrial activities include Fats and Oils Refining and Blending. Stormwater from the site discharges to Dry well East, Dry well - North Side.
