You are hereby notified that there has been filed in the Spokane County Superior Court, Cause Nos. 24-7-01499-32, 24-7-01498-32, 24-7-01497-32 a dependency petition for the children, Neshoba Wright, born on May 19, 2019 in Spokane, Washington, Talako Wright, born on May 29, 2018 in Spokane, Washington, Kevin D. Wright III, born on May 9, 2017 in Spokane, Washington. The petitioner states the whereabouts of the children’s parent, Kevin Wright, are unknown. A hearing pursuant to the notice and summons will be held on this matter on July 31, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at Spokane County Juvenile Court, Courtroom #1, 902 N. Adams, Spokane, WA 99260. You should be present at this hearing.
The hearing will determine if your children are dependent as defined in the RCW 13.34.030(6). This begins a judicial process, which could result in permanent loss of your parental rights. If you do not appear at the hearing the court may enter a dependency order in your absence.
