NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION

FOR CHANGE OF BOUNDARIES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:

There has been filed with Consolidated irrigation District No. 19 of Spokane County, Washington, a petition praying that the following described lands, situated in the County of Spokane, State of Washington, to-wit:

Parcel No: 56325.9164

Be included in the boundaries of said District for water service and other beneficial purposes and that the boundaries of said District be changed to include said lands.

The name of the petitioner is Joseph Meade.

That the Board of said District will consider said petition at its next regular meeting after expiration of the time for publication of this notice, to-wit: On Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. at the office and meeting place of the Board, namely, N 120 Greenacres Road, Spokane Valley, Washington 99016.

That all persons interested in or who may be affected by said change of boundaries of the District, as prayed for in said petition, are hereby required to appear at the time and place above stated and show cause in writing, if any they have, why such change of boundaries should not be made.
