VANCOUVER, B.C.- For a second consecutive week and third time in four games, former Eastern Washington University quarterback Vernon Adams Jr. has been named the Canadian Football League’s Honor Roll All-Week selection.
Adams Jr., the CFL’s passing leader, went 26-of-36 for 383 yards and a season-high four touchdown passes as the offense racked up 482 net yards in the Lions’ 44-28 victory at Hamilton.
Adams Jr. put together a passer efficiency rating of 143.6 remains on pace to crack the 6,000-yard mark.
Adams played at EWU from 2012 through 2014.
