You are notified that a petition under cause number 24-7-01562-32 was filed with this court alleging that the court should establish a Title 13 RCW guardianship and appoint a guardian for MARCUS HUNTER, DOB: 07/02/13. A petition for Order Appointing Title 13 RCW guardian, if granted, could result in substantial restrictions to the rights of the parent(s), guardian(s) or legal custodian(s).

Notice: If your child is placed in out-of-home care, you may be held responsible for the support of the child.The court has scheduled a hearing on: July 15, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. (25 days from the date of first publication),

before the Honorable Judge Jeremy Schmidt, at: Spokane Juvenile Court, Courtroom 3, 902 N. Adams, Spokane, WA 99260. The Date of First Publication of Service: June 14, 2024. The purpose of the hearing is to hear and consider evidence relating to the petition. You should be present at this hearing.
