Gordon Oliver Young, 85, passed away May 23, 2024, with his family by his side.

Gordon was born Sept. 13, 1938, in Orchard, Neb., to Roy and Neva Mae Young.

He ventured west and married Priscila Brash and settle in the Cheney-Spangle area, where they raised two boys. Life changes and the couple went separate ways and Gordon married Sharon Blunt, who still resides at the family home.

Gordon did a stint with the Whasington ANG and enjoyed bowling (beer drinking) with the other members of the Guard. He was a Little League coach, farmer/rancher, lo...
