You are hereby notified that there has been filed in the Spokane County Superior Court, Cause No. 24-7-01421-32, a Petition for Termination of the Parent-Child Relationship between JORDAN BARCE, born on January 25, 2023 in Spokane, Washington, and Anyone Claiming a Paternal Interest, except RODNEY BARCE. The petitioner states the whereabouts of the child’s other Paternal Interests are unknown, and requests an order terminating the parent child relationship between Jordan Barce and Anyone Claiming a Paternal Interest, except RODNEY BARCE. A court hearing on the matter will be on July 25, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., at Spokane County Superior Court, Courtroom 303, 1116 W. Broadway Avenue, Spokane, WA 99260.
