REMOVAL OF A PORTION OF THE DEDICATION OF HOLY CROSS CEMETERY,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that HEARING UPON A Petition filed by Holy Cross Cemetery Association, a non-profit corporation, to remove the dedication for cemetery purposes of the following described cemetery property situated in Spokane County, state of Washington, will be held in the court of the Presiding Judge, at the courthouse at Spokane, Washington, on the 6th day of September 2024, at 11:30 a.m.

No interments have been made in the portion of the cemetery property sought to be removed from dedication.

That the property from which said dedication is sought to be removed is described as follows:

That portion of the HOLY CROSS CEMETERY, as per plat recorded in Volume “X” of Plats, page 32, records of Spokane County, being a portion of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 26 North, Range 43 East of the Willamette Meridian, and being further described as follows:

BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the Spokane County Short Plat No. SP-83-242, as per plat recorded in Volume 2 of Short Plats, page 77 and 78, records of Spokane County;

Thence North 00°25’27’West, along the West line of said Short Plat 30 feet to the True Point of Beginning;

Thence continuing North 00°25’27” West along said West line 333 feet;

Thence North 88°11’17” West, 270 feet;

Thence South 00°25’27” East, 333 feet;

Thence South 88°11’17” East, 270 feet to the Point of Beginning
