The City of Spokane Valley seeks proposals from firms to provide indirect cost rate preparation and update of its Cost Allocation Plan. The indirect cost calculation must conform with 2 CFR Part 200 - Uniform Admin Requirements Cost Principles & Audit Requirements. The indirect cost will be utilized for reimbursement for federal and Washington State grants.
