ORDINANCE 24-03

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF ROCKFORD, WASHINGTON, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2024.

WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Rockford, Washington desires to amend the budget for 2024 in order to account for actual beginning balances, changes in revenues and expenditures and new estimated ending balances.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council of the Town of Rockford do ordain as follows:

Section 1. The amendments to the budget of the Town of Rockford for 2024 are hereby adopted.

Section 2. In summary form, the totals of the estimated revenues and appropriations for each separate fund and the aggregate totals for all such funds combined are as follows:

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect immediately after adoption and publication.

Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Rockford during regular session on this 5th day of June 2024.
