TO: Anyone Claiming a Paternal Interest, except Mark Coladonato

You are hereby notified that there has been filed in the Spokane County Superior Court, Cause No. 24-7-00396-32, a Petition for Termination of the Parent-Child Relationship between ANASTASIA COLADONATO, born on September 23, 2022 in Spokane, Washington, and Anyone Claiming a Paternal Interest, except Mark Coladonato. The petitioner states the whereabouts of the child’s other Paternal Interests are unknown, and requests an order terminating the parent child relationship between Anastasia Coladonato and Anyone Claiming a Paternal Interest, except Mark Coladonato. A court hearing on the matter will be on August 1, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., at Spokane County Superior Court, Courtroom 303, 1116 W. Broadway Avenue, Spokane, WA 99260.

Your failure to appear at this hearing or respond to this notice or file a claim of paternity under RCW 26.26 may result in a default order permanently terminating all of your rights to the above-named child.
