You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after the 26th day of April, 2024, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled Court, and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff MORNINGSTAR SOLUTIONS CO. DBA CALIFORNIA CLOSETS, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiff MORNINGSTAR SOLUTIONS CO. DBA CALIFORNIA CLOSETS at the office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of the said Court. Plaintiff California Closets is the holder of the obligation secured by the Contract that was signed on or about September 22, 2022. California Closets entered into a contract with Artem Rudy on behalf of Precision whereby California Closets agreed to install a closet system in the master walk-in closet and the mudroom on the Property (the “Contract”). The total estimated cost for the installation was $3 1,876.00. On September 22, 2022, Rudy paid a deposit representing half of the total cost in the amount of $15,938.00. The Defendants failed to pay the remainder of

the costs in the amount of $15,938.00. The complaint seeks: (1) a money judgment against the Defendants, and (2) other relief as deemed proper by the Court. Plaintiff’s Attorneys: Paine Hamblen, P.S.
