CITY OF LIBERTY LAKE NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED EMERGENCY ORDINANCE 303, SUSPENDING THE ACCEPTANCE OF ANNUAL APPLICATIONS FOR AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY’S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT CODE UNTIL THE COMPLETION OF THE CITY’S 2026 PERIODIC COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTEDPERSONS THAT: The City Council of the City of Liberty Lake will conduct a public hearing on Ordinance 303, suspending the acceptance of annual applications for amendments to the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Development Code until the completion of the city’s 2026 periodic comprehensive plan update. Attendees will have the opportunity to testify on the above-mentioned proposed amendments. Written comments may also be submitted to the contact person below. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, June 18th, 2024 beginning at 7pm @ the Liberty Lake City Hall Council Chambers, 22710 E. Country Vista Dr, Liberty Lake, WA. Members of the public wishing to participate remotely will also have the option to participate via Zoom, and the log in information will be available on the City website, or by contacting the City contact listed below. A City Staff presentation will be conducted and copies of the ordinance will be available on the City website listed below at least 10 days prior to the public hearing.
